MICE 102: Event Strategic Planning
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is about how to plan events strategically. It presents the key elements in the business of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Conventions, Exhibitions and Events. Participants learn to create and present a strategic and sustainable plan for M.I.C.E. events.
COURSE OUTCOMES:
At the end of the two-day training, the participants should be able to:
1. Plan, organize, promote, manage, and evaluate conferences, exhibitions, and events.
2. Identify and form strategic partnerships with customers, suppliers, sponsors, and other event organizers.
3. Discuss the current global trends and marketing approaches in the M.I.C.E. industry.
4. Prepare bid proposals for events.
5. Develop competitive and winning incentive travel packages
