COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course builds the participants' skills in risk management. It prepares them to forecast risks, conceptualize, implement, monitor, and evaluate prospective risks in an event, and effectively manage site infrastructure and logistics plans.

COURSE OUTCOMES:

At the end of the two-day training, the participants should be able to:

1. Prepare a risk management plan.
2. Implement and monitor the risk management plan.
3. Inspect, select, and design the event site.
4. Manage the event site.
4. Develop a logistics plan.
