MICE 105: Financial Management

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course builds up the participants' skills in budgeting, funding, sales, and cash handling. This course also includes understanding the event's financial goals and objectives for a sound financial administration.

COURSE OUTCOMES:

At the end of the two-day training, the participants should be able to:

1. Develop and revise an event budget.
2. Manage event funding, budget, and monetary transactions.
3. Establish pricing for sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees.
