Pasig Strengthens Its M.I.C.E. Capabilities Through Professional Training (June 1–3, 2026)

From June 1 to 3, 2026, the Philippine MICE Academy successfully held its comprehensive MICE 101 and 102 training programs at the Pasig Creative Arts Academy, thanks to the invaluable support and shared vision of the Department of Tourism – National Capital Region (DOT-NCR), with the full support of RD Catherine C. Agustin and Mr. Mark Ryan Isidro, and the Pasig Cultural Affairs and Tourism Office (CATO), headed by Mr. Patrick C. Plandiano and Ms. Mary Jane Bandoy.

Over three dynamic days, local delegates were equipped with foundational and advanced expertise, covering everything from basic event management to strategic planning and creating sustainable "WOW" experiences. The sessions underscored Pasig City's undeniable promise as a rising MICE destination, beautifully demonstrated by the participants' deeply local and creative event pitches like the "Pasig River Experience (PAREX)".
