The Philippine MICE Academy proudly concluded MICE 104: Risk Management last September 11–12, 2025, held at the historic 1898 Hotel Colonia En Las Filipinas in Manila.
This specialized program, conducted in partnership with the Department of Tourism (DOT) – Office of Human Capital Development, brought together professionals from across the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions/Events (MICE) industry to deepen their knowledge and strengthen their preparedness in handling potential risks in event planning and execution.
Over two intensive days, participants engaged in interactive discussions, case studies, and practical exercises designed to equip them with tools to identify, assess, and mitigate risks; ensuring safe, secure, and seamless events. The collaborative learning environment fostered meaningful exchanges, highlighting the importance of resilience and adaptability in today’s fast-evolving events landscape.
The Philippine MICE Academy extends its heartfelt gratitude to the DOT Office of Human Capital Development, our venue partner 1898 Hotel Colonia En Las Filipinas, and of course, all participants whose active engagement made the program a success.
Through initiatives like MICE 104, the Academy reaffirms its commitment to empowering professionals and elevating the standards of the Philippine MICE industry.
